Business Meetings and Teambuild Events at Donington Park

Now is the time for you to get your team together and motivate them for the start of the new financial year and now that the weather has improved why not bring them to Donington Park for your next meeting.  Whatever your number and budget we have a meeting room, catering and activities to suit and we can also provide you with excellent rates at local hotels. 

After your meeting why not add a team build element to the day and being in situ at Donington Park we have a wide range of driving activities from which to choose.  However, and possibly surprisingly, we can also put your team build event together without you going near a vehicle, from fire fighting, to wine tasting and drumming sessions!  You will be amazed at our day delegate rates for your next meeting at a venue with a difference.

Supercar/Classic Car Treasure Hunt

We announced last month our brand new Supercar event and it seems that this really hit the spot with enquiries pouring in for this and indeed our ever popular Classic Car events. 

To that end and to make life simpler for all we have developed a ‘standard’ event for both, based from our home base here at Donington Park.

For 12 people and including, full English breakfast, lunch allowance, all cars, treasure hunt clues and entrance to the Donington Grand Prix Collection the Super Car event starts from £499 and the Classic Car from just £350 per head.

Driver of the Year events 2010

D&S Events has successfully run, and are actively planning, several Driver of the Year events for many companies including, Comet, Autowindscreens, Automotional, Kuehne & Nagel & the Ford Motor Company.

A Driver of the Year competition is the perfect way in which to support your existing driver risk management programme or to motivate your drivers to driver better so as to qualify for the year end event.  There are a multitude of on and off road driving activities that we can provide to make the day both interesting and enjoyable.  Click on our pictures here for more details about our ‘driving events.’

Workplace Stress Management by Performance on Demand

D&S Events has won a contract to run all events for Performance on Demand; holder of a HeartMath license in the UK, in the business, sport and healthcare markets.  HeartMath is an established stress management system that works for employees and employers alike.  With ‘stress in the workplace’ costing UK business an estimated £10b a year, a Performance on Demand workshop is the ideal way to help your staff deal with stress and from just £205 per head it should be self financing.  However, the HeartMath techniques are also used by a variety of elite sports stars including golfers Ian Woosnam, Nick Dougherty and Darren Clarke, Olympic divers, several professional football and rugby teams and many others.  As well as series of workshops around the UK, Performance on Demand will be hosting a summer golf day, organised by D&S Events, where professional golfer and coach to Darren Clarke, Rob Watts, will be sharing the HeartMath in Golf secrets.  Following his tips, you will have the opportunity to practise these in a series of clinics before playing 18 holes; the day will conclude with an informal BBQ and prize giving.  If you are interested in attending simply click the photo of Rob and Darren here and express your interest by writing ‘Golf Day’ on our enquiry form.  You can also visit www.performanceondemand.co.uk for more information about how HeartMath can transform stress in your business.

Skid Car & ERT Training
