D&S Events has produced a series
of full day and half-day treasure hunts in and around London. Whether
it’s to start from your City offices, your chosen conference hotel
or any other venue that suits our creative team will oblige.
The D&S Events supplied event manager will brief all participants
and be e on hand during the event to sort any problems.
The clues will take the teams to places of interest
and of historical significance, snippets of history and other interesting
facts will be given during the event by including them in the questions
and we can even prepare information packs about all sites visited for
delegates to take away with them at the end of the day.
If your Company is having visitors, particularly from
oversees, for a conference or meeting there is no better way for them
to see London in an interesting and entertaining way whilst mixing with
you, their hosts.
Each and every event will be tailored to your specific
needs from a timing perspective as well as to the route chosen and places
visited. Tube, Taxi, London Bus, River Boat and foot will be utilised
to move the teams around town and all fares are included in the price.
The final ‘Treasure’ could be the finding of the chosen
venue for lunch or bar or restaurant for dinner.
The D&S Events event manager will be there to meet with you and
once the answers sheets and photos have been marked the prize giving
can commence. All of the correct answers will be displayed prominently
at the end venue.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
D &S Events will supply all event
planning, clue setting and client liaison, full event management, travel cards
and other fares, all treasure hunt materials, cameras and film.
Prizes and trophies can be supplied for an additional
fee, as can the information packs should these be required.
