D&S Events has now delivered
many city centre treasure hunts with London, Brighton, Nottingham and
Oxford all providing the venues recently.
A recent event in London saw the teams being briefed
in their own city offices mid way through a 3 day long tax conference
with colleagues from the USA. The group were split into teams
and by solving a series of cunning clues were led around the sites
and sounds of London. Armed with travel cards the teams utilised
buses, the underground and river taxi as well as Shank’s pony! Polaroid
cameras were supplied with which to take photos of the answers and
a float was supplied for coffee, refreshments and to purchase items
on the Scavenger Hunt list. The final destination was the restaurant
for the evening function and prize giving near to Tower Bridge where
the participants were also given a potted history pack covering some
of the sites visited during the event.
The event was a great way to break up the conference
as well as showing the US visitors around town and also an innovative
way and making their way to dinner!
