Despite all of the new ways,
in fact probably in spite of them, D&S Events has re-entered
the driver training market with a return to the old ways. Simple,
easy to understand messages, delivered by excellent communicators
in a fun environment not only make training more enjoyable
but ensure that the important messages remain with the trainees
for longer.
The fact is that for the training to be worthwhile,
it must be effective and memorable. The trainees must take
something away and put it into practise, our methods ensure
that this happens.
Three simple words, Look, See, React, sum up our training and
form the basis of all that we do, from the initial informal
interactive presentation to the on road or off road instruction.
Every participant will be encouraged to form a plan for the
future and trainer and trainee will complete all assessments
together. It is crucial that the participant ‘buys in’ to
the concepts of Look, See, React.
